  1. Run 1 mile without walking
  2. Run a 5k in under 40:00
  3. Complete Ease into 5k program
  4. Participate in at least 10 races in 2012
  5. Lose 40 lbs
  6. Lose 50 lbs
  7. Lose 60 lbs
  8. Try Body Pump
  9. Try Yoga 
  10. Wear a size 8
