For the most part, Dane and I don’t eat out that much.  Usually on Friday and once in awhile we’ll go out for breakfast on the weekend.  This last week was a different story.  We ate out 6 days in a row due to family/friends being in town.  I made decent choices some of the time but not all.  Not only is that working against me but I’m also dealing with TOM this week.  I am determined to not see another gain up there on my Weigh in’s page, so this morning is starting with coffee and fruit!

I also have an apple, banana and greek yogurt with me today along with a lot of water.  Time to cleanse!  🙂

I didn’t get to the gym this morning, so I’ll be tackling 5 miles when I get home.
