Like many of you, I grew up on this.

So good, right?  I remember sprinkling pepper on top and eating it with applesauce.  🙂  I don’t even want to how many Weight Watchers points are in 1 serving.

Lucky for all of us, pasta doesn’t have to be completely unhealthy.  I can’t remember the last time we bought “regular” pasta.  Now we usually choose a whole wheat or multigrain option.

My friend Marlene recently made a Baked Macaroni dish to honor her friends father (John) who lost his life to a sudden heart attack.  You can find her recipe here.  She’s asking that everyone make a healthy version of your favorite pasta to honor John as well.  We got this, right?
